Measuring is important when you are cooking, but also important when trying to stick to a diet. I have created other pages such as the 1200 Calorie Meal Plan where measuring your food intake is very important. I find that when trying to lose weight, it is important to be exact or it does not work. I know that it is a complete pain in the butt and I personally hate it, but measuring everything can get you where you need to be quick.

The last one being a bit cumbersome, but I do find that I need it often.

I also found the article “How Many Teaspoons in a Tablespoon? I guess to get this info, I would measure out a tablespoon of sugar and then dumbed the sugar on a scale to get the weight, but I never would have so I find this very helpful and I am glad to know it without having to do the work. According to the article, 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar weighs about 12½ grams
