Day One

Alarm went off at 5am. I snoozed for ten minutes. Then remembered I did not make egg muffins for breakfast. I intended to make them last night, but didn’t for no reason other than I just didn’t do it. So, I jumped off to the kitchen. My egg muffins consist of ground turkey, onions and green pepper. I loosely followed this recipe for temperature and timing guidelines.
Then, I had to pump for 20 minutes, jumped in the shower and grabbed my son who was slowly waking up with my husband.
I did not get to my yoga, but I can do it tonight. I have a healthy breakfast and lunch packed, my water bottle is full, and my ipad is fully charged for reading Silence of the Lambs on my way home. I am ready to go.
